Eridu Seller’s Program

Foundational Principle:

“Eridu exists not merely as a marketplace, but as the economic epicenter of a growing city. Participation is a privilege granted to those who honor the intentions of Urlennia.”

I. National Prime Seller Access

Eligibility:

  • Only registered nationals of Urlennia are eligible for full seller access within Eridu.
  • A national is defined as an individual with active nationality status within the dominions of Urlennia.

Seller Rights (Nationals):

  • Full marketplace access
  • Profit retention with internal reinvestment options
  • Participation in trade councils
  • Preferential access to state-backed resources or initiatives
  • Exemption from foreign transaction taxes

II. Limited Business Status (LBS) Entry Pathway

Purpose:

To allow non-nationals who demonstrate alignment with the values and needs of Urlennia to contribute to the economy in a limited, conditional capacity, without diluting the sovereignty or vision of the national marketplace.

Eligibility Criteria for LBS:

  • Invitation OR application reviewed by the Eridu Economic Steward Council (EESC)
  • Proven business value or product scarcity beneficial to the Urlennian economy
  • Willingness to operate under limited trade rights and ethical trade standards
  • Agreement to reinvest a portion of profits back into the local/national development fund

Privileges Granted (LBS Holders):

  • Conditional access to sell specific products/services approved by the council
  • Ability to accept URDC/USDC or other approved tokens
  • No rights to participate in internal economic governance

Restrictions:

  • No resale of LBS access
  • No direct participation in vendor-to-vendor Eridu networks
  • Term-limited access, reviewed quarterly
  • All data and sales logs remain under Urlennian regulatory review

III. Buyer Access (Open)

Buyers need not be nationals. The marketplace remains open for anyone to purchase from approved sellers.

IV. Enforcement & Ethics Oversight

The Eridu Ethics Review Board:

  • Reviews and approves all LBS applications
  • Handles violations, revocations, and appeals
  • Maintains the integrity of Eridu’s sovereign principles
  • Publishes quarterly reviews of LBS contributions and compliance
